LOURDES MIRANDA - Mezzo-sopranoMezzo-soprano Lourdes Miranda is currently preparing technique and roles with Milena Kitic, Cesar Sanchez, Carlos Conde, Dianna Ruggiero, and Michele Scanlon. She has been an active member of Opera de Tijuana since 2011, performing as a soloist and in the chorus in twelve editions of the Opera en la Calle festival. She has performed in the company’s productions of Carmen, Madama Butterfly, l'Elisir d'Amore, Barbieri di Siviglia, Cavalleria Rusticana, Turandot, L'occasione fa il ladro, and l'Heure Espagnole. This June, she played Mercedes in Carmen for the international summer program in Morelia, under coaches Danielle Orlando, Luis Ledesma, Juan del Bosco among other coaches. < back |
